When you purchase a pup from Hickory Dickory Dogs Inc. you will have chosen a wonderful companion and we will offer you immediate support with the most common new owner questions . Our independent family "Puppy Daycare Specialists" are available to answer your immediate querries about breed, gender, suitability, disposition, feeding, early training and upcoming veterinary visits. We support your new puppy by providing a thorough and up to date Health Record (ie: whelping dates, health histories, deworming, vaccination and other health records).
Before your puppy comes to you he/she has been seen by two veternarians, has all of his/her first shots, has been dewormed and microchipped. Our breeders, in order to become clients of Hickory Dickory Dogs Inc. must adhere to a standard protocol that is developed as a joint venture between ourselves and the local veternarians. Each litter of pups must pass a stool sample to indicate that it is parasite free (which is VERY common in puppies) prior to leaving the kennel. To make the transition easier for these puppies the majority of our pups are placed on a presale basis and go directly to your home. We are happy to support you after your puppy goes home. Just send us an e-mail or give us a call. We recommend that every puppy be seen within 72 hours of pick up by your own veternarian for a well puppy visit. We love to hear from you after your puppy has adjusted!
Our Commitment to You!
1) Our Kennels are hand selected and work with us on a standard protocol for health.
2) Our breeders are inspected on a regular basis by the Vet and as per USDA guidelines.
3) Our Veterinarian visits the kennels monthly. Before the pups leave the kennel we ensure that parents, pups and other dogs are of good health and welfare. All pups must be inspected by the Veterinarian in their kennel of origin.
4) All pups come with age appropriate immunizations, are veterinary health certified, are dewormed and are microchipped.
5) For the protection of your pup, a lifetime registration for the microchip is paid for in advance by us.
6) Pups come with a 1 Year Genetic Health Guarantee*.
7) We place puppies only when they are properly weaned after 8 weeks of age and meet all of the above conditions.
NB: We reserve the right to withhold the placement of any pup if we feel it is not in the best interest of the pup.
