How to Purchase Your Puppy 

• Select the puppy you want from the “Puppies Available or Puppies Available Soon” page on our Website @ www.hickorydickorydogs.com. If you would like help in choosing the right puppy for your family; we encourage you to call us for assistance or to visit www.dogbreedinfo.com and select the tab “Find your perfect pet”.
• When you are ready, call us at 905.481.0941 or email to confirm availability and answer any questions you have about the puppy.
• If you decide you have found the right puppy and it has arrived, make a personalized appointment to come and see the puppy if it is currently in one of our puppy daycares. Your payment options are cash or certified cheque made out to Hickory Dickory Dogs Inc.  If the puppy has arrived and is available to view we require the purchase price to be paid in full before the puppy is released to you.  Thirteen percent Ontario/Fed sales taxes will be collected.
• If the puppy is younger than eight (8) weeks old and has not yet arrived for placement, we require a non-refundable reservation fee (refundable only if you come to see the pup and for any reason do not like it) to hold your puppy in the amount of $50.00. 
• When your puppy has been reserved you will be notified as to when the puppy will arrive.  You must pick up your puppy or come to view him/her within 48 hours of their arrival (unless otherwise arranged in advance with your agent).  We will need to know what dates and times within this framework that will work for you to pick up your puppy.
• We will ensure you have an official receipt of payment and all the pertinent information you will need in order to make your new puppy’s transition a smooth one. You will have all that is needed for your first vet visit.  We recommend that you make a well puppy visit with your Vet before you pick up your puppy.   
• The puppy’s registration papers for the microchip and if applicable: Registration with Kennel Club or Association will be included in your Puppy Introductory Package at the time of Purchase.
• We will also include the puppy’s “1 Year Genetic Health Guarantee” and the purchase agreement and "7 Day Health Notice/Policy" for you to read and sign.
• We are available to answer any questions or provide support for your new puppy as he or she grows.  You can call us, email us, or send a letter.  Don’t forget to send pictures as we love to hear how your new family member is doing!

Please remember these puppies are provided to loving homes as companion pets.  We recommend that you spay or neuter your pup at the appropriate ages as recommend by your Vet.   We do not provide puppies for the purpose of breeding or show.  We make every effort to ensure that your puppy has a loving life-long home with you!
